  This place is junk and shouldn't exist. It's a third party authorized retailer that is giving AT&T a bad name. If I was AT&T, I would kick them to the curb ASAP before they cause any more damage to the company. If you do come here, plan on spending at least 1.5 hours since they can't really do anything at the store and they have to call the ACTUAL AT&T to do anything. The manager is also incredibly rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the time, effort, and money and go across the street to the ACTUAL AT&T store. Fun fact, we had a terrible experience when we went in and the iPhone that we purchased ended up locking up. We took it to the AT&T across the street and unfortunately they couldn't even help us since we purchased from an authorized retailer instead of the actual store. So word to the wise, go directly to the store so they can help you in the future.
