  This place is always great for misc. hardware. For example, I took a BUNCH of random nuts, bolts, washers, and specialty hardware parts in about 40 minutes before they closed looking to get spares for racing. Patrick not only helped me find everything I needed, but he also helped me find a lot of the parts too. He really took initiative and will keep me coming back any time I need hardware in the future. Great staff!

  My experience today January 15, 2018 at Ace Hardware on Harding Blvd. was unbelievable and very unprofessional. Before purchasing a product I asked an employee the price of the product he gave me the price and then asked me if I wanted to purchase it. I said yes, he proceeded to take the product to the cashier and had the cashier ring the product up at the same price that I was told. After purchasing the product and loading it in my car I went to a store next door upon returning to my car I was approached in the parking lot by an employee stating that the price was rung up wrong therefore I needed to come back in the store and give them an extra $20. I asked to speak to the store manager Lance Gricol who said that they could not afford to sell it to me for the price that they rung up, I told him that his employee gave the cashier the price to ring up. He would not entertain my thoughts or try to work it out so I told him to reverse the charges. I wonder, what happened to customer service and what would have happened if I had gotten home would he had called me and had me come back to the store to give them $20, I wonder. I will never visit Ace Hardware in Roseville, CA again!
