  2 days ago I'am not a pc person, took old & new tower to have info & pictures transferred, 95 mb & 14 files were transferred cost $90 ,couldn't find pics ,called they took control of my pc and said its done, still no pics. Finally 2 weeks later my friend a pc prof took alook at everything , he put both pcs on desk ,put thumbdrive in old pc downloaded in 10 mins, put thumbdrive in new tower uploaded in 3 mins, 4 GB, 306 folders .wala,. Granted they down loaded some stuff ,but I paid to transfer everything, last time I talked to them they wanted me to bring the towers back, do u know how long it took me to hook up everything,i didn't have a 13 yr old in the house, so I just said why bother with them.
