  Went in 4 weeks before the event and got everything measured and taken care of. Arrived on the day of pickup and my order was filed under the wrong name and "wasn't ready". Everything was remeasured and many measurements were changed. I was told to come back on the day of the event. I ended up having to reschedule numerous events to find time to pick up my order and was slightly late to my event because of it. The tuxedo fit well and looked good, but to jump through that many hoops with no apology whatsoever is kind of ridiculous I think.
