  Wonderful experience with furniture salesman when we purchased but extremely frustrating trying to get through on phone to ask question about billing . No auto available for question and spent 15 min waiting for agent before hanging up. Is this done just to discourage customer and force into website. Should still be able to speak to human to get information after spending couple thousand dollars on purchase with your store. Customer service should continue after purchase as well

  Location had been changed to a place across the street(5 min ride) but they never updated their sites or google maps regarding this, wasted more than 30 min just trying to find it, calling doesn't help either as its an answering machine that keeps transferring you to another extension. Apart from that they have really nice and affordable pieces
