  I got my ears pierced yesterday. I’ve already had my firsts done by Claire’s for a few years now. So I decided to get my seconds and thirds done at Icing’s. Employees were great, I loved the results. My left ear has been just fine, not sore at all. My right ear has been tremendously sore. On the bottom of the aftercare sheet it says in black and white, “please call us with any questions”, then listed their store phone number. I decided to reach out to them and a very rude woman answered the phone. As I told her my situation; she immediately cut me off and almost shouted to me “I’m not a doctor I can’t tell you if your ear is supposed to be sore still or not.” All I asked her was “Is it common for piercings to still be sore after 24 hours.” The thing that upsets me is, do not list the store phone number and tell the paying customer to call with any questions about their recent piercing, when our questions are null and void. Unfortunately, I won’t be going to Claire’s or Icing’s again for any sort of purchasing.
