  I went here to trade in my first gaming console, I did what the instructions told me to do which was delete everything from the console. When I came in they told me they can't take it because it needs to be updated! I went home and updated and came back and then apparently I was missing a stylist that it came with! This is stupid! It says we can return it with 3 easy steps! More like 6 steps and some legal issues along the way! I am frustrated that I even have to say this to one of my favorite stores but...YOU SUCK!
