  Classic example of the "Bait and Switch". I ordered a Duracell Ultra BCI group 27F on-line for my Toyota. Nothing was stated during the order process that they did not stock it. After placing the order it indicates they will send me an email confirmation it is ready to be picked up or installed. So I called the store to find out if they have the battery so I can replace my trucks failing battery. The lady in the store said "We don't stock that particular one, but have the next more expensive ($30 more). I asked when will they have the battery I ordered and she said "We'll place the order TOMORROW (Sunday), and that we should have it Tuesday. " Should have it!!!!!!!! They are going to order it tomorrow????? Why the heck wasn't it automatically ordered immediately upon receipt of my order and credit card payment in this era of electronic ordering. I have had good results in the past from this store, but the lackadaisical attitude toward my on-line order this time has really soured me toward this store and especially the way orders are placed on-line. They should have offered to give me the upgraded battery for the same price. So I guess I wait until Tuesday afternoon to tow my truck over there? I believe this to be a typical "bait and switch" policy, knowing that most people will be forced into buying the upgrade since it is for a vehicle. Shame on Batteries Plus !
